If their reaper-vstplugins64.ini file does not reference the DLL name, it is likely that the 64 bit version of REAPER is not configured to scan a folder which contains that DLL...

Now, I'm sure you are doing everything in the right way, BTW I have to ask you if you are sure that Reaper is scanning the right folder (Ok ok, don't shot me ).
Yes, it's definitely scanning the correct folder - in Reaper config settings you can specify the path to your VST folder. If it wasn't scanning the correct folder, presumably it would not scan any of my other VST's, either.

I haven't tried taking all the Latte presets from its folder and dumping those in the root of the VST folder along with the Latte .dll, but I don't see why that would matter since it definitely worked in 32 bit.

Also - I just tried your WTS-1 demo - that one is detected and looks like it works fine in x64 Reaper.

Ok this is interesting. I said that WTS-1 and Latte has been created with the same version of SE, but I've checked and I've found that for WTS-1 I used a previous version. Last try: download the Crisalys demo. This has been created with the same version of SE used for Latte and I believe Reaper 64bit will be unable to find it during scan.

I think you found "something" (but I continue to believe the problem is on the Reaper side).
