Moving the koib doesnt answer any of the questions i asked, hence the questions

From your reply i can only assume you know nothing about it.
Why don't you ask over at the Tone2 forums ? You are always banging on about how none of the people here are official Tone2 spokes people, so why are you so adamant on asking Ingo ? Or are you just trolling again by trying to catch him out ?

I know what I'm betting on.

Asking this myself. I have seen him being logged in a few times (there is a display of logged in users at the bottom of the forum...).

I agree that this is another attempt on forcing an answer that he could use against me. Anyway i have already replied at the last page.

You keep referring me to the manual or to RB itself. I found something the manual had no info on, so asked. Simply question.

As for the other forum, ive been logged in there for months but never visit. I logged out last week as i noticed it myself.

But none of us are official Tone2 spokes persons, so we couldn't possibly say anything on it.

Why, is it a secret boyo?

Still the question is why do you not ask your questions at the official forum?

Maybe because you could do less trolling when Markus and Bastiaan are around?

AFAIK in this thread you denied to have been involved with the Saurus Beta but i have seen your posts in the Beta forum...

Just a few thoughts of mine...

Listen to 1:45 here.
http://www.tone2.com/html/rayblaster_sy ... st_au.html

In the demo there are also several patches which prove the opposite. Go to the tutorial section and select 'FakeAnalogFilter'.

I'd be happy to admit it did analog sounds well... if I thought it were so... as for mimicking certain analog sounds that is now far from the marketing blurb. Any synth of any synthesis type can manage to mimic a tiny subset of analog sounds to some degree. FM, Additive, Granular, PM all could say that in some vague sense. It is also a matter of usability. I spent hours in Zebra and managed to come up with a credible version of one of the rhythmic wavesequences from the Wavestation. Too much work and I never tried again... It is just not capable of doing that in any practical sense.

and I did try that preset and the important word there is fake... play some sounds and turn the formant knob at the same time and it really does not sound like a lowpass cutoff... that you can sorta fake it... kinda... is not cause to call it an analog emulation.

The formant knob behaves differently than standard filter cutoff... this is exactly why I find the synth interesting... it is something new!

Yep, made a few posts. Hardly involvment.Asked a few questions, pointed out some faults, nothing more.

So basically you think that ingo, me or anyone else should NOT speak for Tone2 as we are not officially working for them, therefore what we say means nothing. Yet NOW you want to attempt to pick holes with the synth and now what we'd say is good enough for you.

Now there's a good lad, stop trolling, grow up, and ask over at the Tone2 forums for the official word.

If it's not one thing it's something else. The ridiculous rantings by the troll patrol on here is laughable.

Critism of the synth is welcomed, areas where it can be improved are welcome, would be better on the Tone2 forums, but us "unofficial messengers" can ship the information back and forth. Feedback is good when it's genuine, but unfortunately I think there are a large majority who will always do what they can to put Tone2 down, for whatever reason.

i asked ingo a technical question

he's an expert on it, isnt he? i know you dropped yourself out of that equation a few pages back, so there's no 'we' involved there sunshine.
