There are many good ones, Fm8, Octopus, but one of my favorite DX type electric piano is from ZEBRA.

It's planet-shaped. In fact it's very similar in shape and colour to a planet a trillion billion lightyears away which is also, coincidentally, called Earth.

I notice Stevie is not on this forum making little sniping comments to other people simply because they don't agree with him...Lotuzia wrote:Yeah, just like Stevie Wonder, who only likes to work with fizzy noisy sounds .....pdxindy wrote:FM8 is kinda the standard in straight FM... But for me the 'best' FM synth is Bazille. Don't even think about loading a DX7 preset! It is not the classic Yamaha FM structure at all... While the usual FM synth so easily dissolves into a fizzy noisy sound, Bazille has a snap and snarl and raw presence that puts a smile on my face. It is a truly unique synth and be prepared for some learning curve!![]()

Not surprising really - he can't even see the gun, let alone shoot at distant targets with it.pdxindy wrote:I notice Stevie is not on this forum making little sniping comments

This said, I'm a positive fanboy, I make positive comments on things I like. I won't badmouth other synths with the classic passive aggressive stuff in numerous posts because they compete with my favorite toys for example. Think about this, before victimising yourself
And yes I fully disagree with you, not for your eternal comments about your fav toys, but simply for your opinion on the " Yamaha classic structure" etc etc.

I said that Bazille does not have the same sort of synth structure as a Yamaha FM synth like a DX-7 or like FM8 which is similar (it can load DX-7 presets)... So you disagree with that statement?Lotuzia wrote: And yes I fully disagree with you.. for your opinion on the " Yamaha classic structure" etc etc.
