I don't know if anyone has said anything about these pedals on KVR yet. My friend let me borrow their Analog Delay pedal. They cost about $40 (US) each, so I was thinking maybe it is some cheap digital modeling they're calling "analog". True Bypass too. So I tried it today and was really impressed. I did the true analog delay test, and the feedback oscillates forever and it does the warped wobbly pitch change thing when tweaking the time knob or the time length switch. That is something very hard to do with say a Boss (DD-3-7)digital delay, although it happens, the effect is really weak. From the demo videos of the other pedals, the modulation effects like the chorus, phaser, flager sound lush and analog too. I didn't get to test it side by side with my Boss DM-3 analog delay, but I can say I think I like the Akai better. The Akai has a delay length switch for 0-600ms and 0-1200ms. The led ("pedal on" light) is blindingly bright too.

Behringer and a few other also have cheap bbd delays based on MN-320x clones from CoolAudio. I believe Behringer actually owns CoolAudio. I think the Akai and the Behringer both sound pretty good for the price. I also have an EH Memory Boy and Memory Boy deluxe and while I believe they use the same type of bbd chip, have a slightly different sound and have some neat additional features like CV input and tap tempo.
