Very interesting. Looking forward to buying/trying this one, see how it stands up to the UAD version (which I tend to insert, click through, and delete).

+1.. I even own the ERS (also their verb) - but im so tired of its copy-protection thing (keep losing its authentication) + can only be installed on one computer.

I wish it were the CE-1 or CE-300.

The great thing about the UAD CE-1 is the Complex mode, that's what makes me prefer it over the CE-1 in my Roland RE-501 and RE-555.

You know, someone in my town is selling the CE-300 on Craigslist, and I recall that being a pretty hot unit from the 80's. You think it's worth $100?

Once again a Roland Dimension D emulation. The sixth one I think.
There are other legendary chorus devices, even better than the Dimension D!!!

What about a faithful emulation of the t.c. Electronic TC 1210 !?

I'm very glad to see a new emulation of the Dim-D

I like the subtle sound of this device a lot.

What are the other ones you know ?
I am aware about the UAD one (but tied to the UAD hardware), WOk's one and ERS's clone, but that's pretty much all from what i know...

Maybe because it's more easy to get schematics / circuit drwaing and audio examples of the Dim-D?

Because these toys are developed for our own use, too, and I needed a D one with the sound I like (infinite nuances are possible in an emulation, of course).

This one is on the mixing side and is used a lot for "dimension", as opposite to guitar effects and such. Its goal is to be transparent, if I got the original idea right.

That's why still another one

No, finding schematics is NOT the criteria, because we don't build one without the hardware here, so the actual circuits are not the point.

This one doesn't look like the original one, though, and it means something
