Hello,
I'd like to get an application that can do TB303-TR808 emulation.
The platform is iPod touch, so no iPad apps.
I already have DM1.
What about ReBirth? It doesn't look nice at all with that interface, but knowing Propellerhead it shouldn't be a bad app..or not?

Have you checked out Rhythm Studio? It has a great TB-303 emulation (2 actually) and is on sale currently for $0.99:

Rhythm Studio works pretty well on my iTouch, although I also have Rebirth as well. The Rebirth interface is teeny, so I usually create my Rebirth tracks on my laptop and then transfer them to my iPod for live gigs so I'm not lugging a laptop with me. Neither app has crashed on me yet. There's also technoBox2, but I'm not a fan of the interface, although the sound is pretty good.
