Any penalty for buying/not buying Rhino right now??

I downloaded the Rhino demo yesterday (forgive me for being late to the party but I've been away from computer-based music for ages!) and I'm well impressed.

Looking at this forum it's clear that Rhino v2 is due out sometime soonish so I'd like to know:

1)If I buy Rhino v1 now will I be charged to upgrade to v2?

2) If I wait until v2 is out will I end up paying more than if I go for v1 now?

I don't want to delay unecessarily but I also don't want to buy into a more costly upgrade path.

1) No, the V2 upgrade will be free
2) There won't be any price change, at least not shortly after the V2 release.

So the only penalty would be, having to wait until V2 is here

Rhino is wonderful! I bought it recently and love all the presets. I think it's the best synth I've bought and I own a lot.
