I don't know it seems like kind of a one sided conversation when we don't have the list of what people use now...
My present setup:
Numerology 3 Pro
Logic Express
U-he: Filterscape bundle, ACE, Diva, Uhbik effects bundle, Bazille, Podolski.
Applied Acoustic Systems: Modelling collection: String Studio VS 1, Strum Acoustic, Strum Electric, Ultra Analog, Tassman 4, Lounge Lizard Lizard 3+4 Chromaphone+ Patchpool soundset ChromaZone and Modelled reality.
Native Instruments: Maschine version 1 with Transistor punch and Raw Voltage expansions, Massive, Komplete elements7+8,Kore 2 player with True Strike Tension, Reaktor Player, Razor, Scanner and Spark, Guitar Rig. New York Steinway.
iZotope: Iris+5 and Patchpool subsription.Trash 2
Padshop Pro with Granular Worlds, Droneland, and soon Cosmic sound banks.
Surge by Vember audio..
Arts Acoustic CL series compressors.
I have got some pressing hardware needs, my ICY Dock boxes are caput/ recommend them? Not anymore. so my 5 internal hardisks need a new case, I don't know if ICY dock will honour their three year warranty on the ICY dual harddrive cabinet, so my first plugin gets eaten by this need. I'm thinking of going with a 4 bay NAS for my massive storage needs. And a Single thunderbolt SSD combined with Firewire 800 drive for day to day use.
I think 2013 my be the year of the a nearfieldmonitor setup, ADAM has some nice offerings, I'll be needing a sub as well.
I will get the u-he Zebra in 2013 version 2 with the Dark Zebra add on looks like a sweet deal. Zebra 3 is included if you buy both so that get's you the Dark Zebra for 60 bucks, a no brainer deal in my opinion. Actually I'm a little shocked that Zebra three is so long in the making. But on the other hand that must mean it will be fully fleshed out modernized with multithreading and so on so it's worth the wait.
I'm looking at Spectron by iZotope. Hoping the recent activity about this Plug on this forum will get the ball rolling on this tools Update plans.
B2 by 2C audio, Vintage Verb by Valhalla DSP.
Numerology Pro 3 is going to be updated to version 4 soon so I'll save room in my budget for this.
Logic Express will do for now but I'd Upgrade to Logic X if it came out. I've looked at all the hosts and it just seems on the OSX that Logic does what it needs to do, and it's here to stay. The price is right.
I'd like some Brass instruments. But I think that is a tricky buy as I'm mostly using synth based arrangements, adding hyper real brass might break the aesthetic framework. So I'll just try and work my synths brass sounds to the limit for the present. Brass 2014-15.

ERS Microshifter hopefully comes out this year.
Maybe ExponentialAudio Phoenix Verb (from the sound examples it sounds amazing for acoustic music).

Fabfilter Pro-DS, Pro-G and Timeless 2, and maybe Saturn (depending on overlap with Trash 2)
Ableton Suite 9 upgrade (if they fix PDC issues, otherwise I might sell it)
BFD2 upgrade from BFD Eco (if needed)
U-he Bazille
I'm also at the point where my plugin folder is complete, and adding more plugins may be more distracting than helpful. The ones I really need are Pro-DS and Pro-G. Timeless is just so damn fun, and I have a 50% discount with fabfilter valid till March which I'd like to take advantage of. There's a bunch of plugins in my collection that I'll most likely sell this year, so it's likely I'll sell more software than I'll buy this year.

Nothing overpriced or iLok.
Ableton Live 9 update
Probably everything new from SKnote as they are excellent affordable plugs that are better than similar overpriced plugs that the uneducated masses usually lay down their cash for, ie everyone at KVR

I'm probably going to finally buy Zebra. I've been using Zebralette for ages and I love it. Urs is a genius at taking the long-term view in terms of sales and customer incentives.
I just have to get around to taking that dinosaur crossgrade picture ...

I can't think of any, tbh. Maybe some new soundbanks for my favorite synths. If people make them.

1. I will upgrade Komplete Ultimate 8 to KU9 if it comes out.
2. I will upgrade almost any other plug that I currently own and use.
3. I will, most likely, purchase any 'no-brainer' deal, because, apparently, I have no brains.
That. Is. All.
Cheers

Already got Zebra 3 and Ableton Live 9 coming for free thanks to great timing, but I've got my eye on ACE and maybe Uhbik. It's also likely that I'll finally cave and pick up Sylenth1.

Except for the fxpansion dynamics bundle and maul I'm thinking about getting some
at least around 200$ compressor, like mpressor, just to proove to myself that I'm completely insane now
.
But I guess I'm just kidding, though

Well that's a difficult question to answer as its only day 3 of this year.
I think Diva is a possibility but so many synths not yet released will be.
I have been curious about the Waldorf synths but they don't seem very
active these days so....

I need a good allround EQ that works in all my hosts so I'll probably get that. Plus Saturn, I like that one. But plugins are boring. I'm getting a Tenori-on.
