I'd guess it will run on element as long as it is at the intro price of $99, but you better ask jrrshop just to be sure

Yeah, it looks a bit like and old plugin, but i don't care!Everything is clear on the GUI and i personally like the demos!I think i'm going to give it a try!

That video is kinda comical... He says, it sounds really analog... as he is pushing up the highs with the eq and says see it really affects the sound... hehe

It wasn't very informative... would be nice to show what the env shape control does... What are the mod sources and targets... a quick run through the filter types... show osc sync, sine mod etc...

Is there a way to set an LFO to global or per voice?
There appears to be no LFO delay but sometimes you can do that in a mod matrix
Can the arp be used as a mod source? also if it is not being used as an arp?

The FX section is rather basic. Reverb is 1 control. Is that mix? If so then there is no reverb time control. Same with chorus.

It's the final price, they have no additional VAT because it's electronic delivery and the company is outside the EU (Afaik they are based in Florida/US).

I can't find any info on the plugin formats for Element, but I assume that it's VST2/3, AU, and RTAS? I also assume that it's not available in AAX yet. For those of you who have it already, can you confirm this?

Waves has the L3-16 bundle on sale for $199, which means it's $169 at JRRShop.com in the cart.

Looks like wavesuniverse.com has the L3-16 for $152.99. Nice!

Tried the demo for more than an hour and so far i really like it.

The basic sound, GUI and features are fitting my own needs and the current price is OK too. I also like many of the presets. Once you are registered even the copy protection and installation seem to look quite OK.

The CPU use could be quite low but with some presets, especially pad sounds, it could be high. Anyway all presets seem to be usable on my Core2 Quad Q6600 CPU (highest use around 30-40% for one core with 6 notes played). With the "HD" switch off CPU use is aroun the half. I guess this switch corresponds to higher oversampling.

BTW currently i am not judging the sound in terms of emulation or how analog it sounds but to my ears it sounds good. The EQ seems to be simple but even with modest use you could easily "beef up" the basic sound.

It'S also nice that the demo is fully functional for 7 days so enough time to test it i guess.

The only bad things i found so far is that there are no additional controls for the Unison (e.g. voices, spread) and maybe the patch browser could be improved.
Also a waveform selection for the SubOsc would be nice (maybe just 2 or 3 waveforms).
