I suppose the best Adam can do here is to find a developer who willing to make some easy money and seemingly a big name just right after one product! Like reFX or those new Vengeance plug-ins after collaboration with Schiles.

Adam already has his own idea behind JP6k synth, lay-out and stuff and it wont be a huge trouble for a programmer to make the same little synth and add some now long expected features and sell it again. This time to x64 bit users and all Mac users.

good idea, how much would that cost if a seasoned vsti programmer would do it?
He could also add a mod matrix and the missing original wave forms.
I'm in dire need of an 64bit version of that thing ... JBridge and Ableton seem to hate each other and now I can't use JP6K at all ... :-/

Yes, 64bit DAWs are becoming more common so really hope ALL VST makers can add 64bit versions as well.
Is there any host that does not offer 32>64 bridging :?:   (better head over to Reaper then  :D )

Since SynthMaker is Flowstone now, I read on their forums that 64 bit is planned at some point so when it happens I will definitely move over to FlowStone, so I can give you guys a 64 bit version.

Yes. Orion. Not a problem for me tho.

Any news about if this will be released for Mac somehow?

Post

It won't until Outsim makes SynthMaker/Flowstone able to do Mac binaries. I'd love a 64-bit version before that.

True story. But perhaps new investors or collab will make a new version happen.

Yes! It would be an it will be an immediate success. If not ReFx And Vengeance are interested (which they don't since "it's enough samples from the real thing in Nexus", but that's not the same!), perhaps D16 or just any one!

adam talked about a new update on his website, any news when this is coming out and what features will be added?

This is a very nice little synth.
Sound-wise it's a good competition to Sylenth1 and T-Force Alpha.
I had real JP-8080 and I can confirm that is has close sonic character.

The only thing I really miss here - there's no 'stereo spread' knob for supersaw wave, like in Sylenth1 or T-Force Alpha.

The GUI is just fantastic!

you must know that the JP-8000 voice structure is mono, only afterwards it becomes stereo in the FX section
so stereo spread is kinda beyond the scope of a real supersaw
It doesn't matter how it sounds..
..as long as it has BASS and it's LOUD!
