What are the basic settings on any VA to make that Sonar or Submarine ping sound

oscillator shapes
filter settings
envelope settings
modulation?

Sine + noise. Long release. Bit of distortion. Low pass. Some delay and reverb.

If not, it would be easy to reproduce with a sinewave, some distortion and a long delay.

There's an old simple vst called "Sonar" that produces exactly this kind of sound. Unfortunately, I can't find a proper download link, since Google show only Cakewalk Sonar results. :(

The DLL name is stpng_sonar.dll.
