But, Lush is worth it! I've been experimenting with the keytrack option on the LFOs, which let you do audio-rate PWM and other modulations. These are crystal clear when played high up even with ridiculous amounts of audio-rate bastadry going on... which is more than I can say for *some* recently released synths

I love the sounds Lush produces but it doesn't half kill my CPU with polyphonic pads! I don't know if it's because lush makes me program layered pad sounds a lot, but I find it murdering my CPU much more than Diva, even when Diva's doing pads. In fact, since the update, Diva doesn't really give me much trouble at all.

Andy, by any chance do you have any LuSH vs Diva sound examples that you could share? I wasn't haven't the greatest time trying to match sounds of LuSH with Diva, would be be very happy if knew just how possible it was as I would really like to just stick to Diva, but I do think some of the sounds I've heard from LuSH is really great.ZenPunkHippy wrote:I also spent some time setting up Diva to see how close it could get. It's definitely capable of the same or very similar sounds and of course it sounds excellent. However, the interface is different enough to make copying sounds more time consuming.

Hi,
I don't have any examples of that unfortunately. Basically, when testing the 3 synths I tweaked a few DIVA controls to see if it could do the job, and got "close enough" to be convinced that much more detailed tweaking would nail the sound.
After realising the time required to emulate the exact sound would have take up the rest of the day, I decided LuSH-101 was a better option
Peace,
Andy.

As requested, here is a song created only with presets from "Lush Life". (except drums)billcarroll wrote:Some terrific patches in there. I'd love to hear a full song-style demo. We have both DIVA and LuSH-101 and together with FXpansion Synth Squad we feel we have about everything covered when it comes to synth plugins.. All these synth plugins sound amazing and compliment each-other perfectly!djanthonyw wrote:Andy, by any chance do you have any LuSH vs Diva sound examples that you could share? So I would say.. keep enjoying DIVA, and add LuSH-101 to your collection and be very happy to have them both!!

These were all made with the Lush Life presets? Very nice, a nice blend of classic vintage meets modern. good job.

Great demo! Definitely great sounding vintage pads and sounds. I almost had a 1980s MTV moment in there. The 80s are vintage now rightPatchAdamz wrote: As requested, here is a song created only with presets from "Lush Life". (except drums)

What is the copy protection scheme for this beast? EG, is it cool, or is it like Waves or Arturia?

So not like Arturia where they must literally be pleaded with for another activation code if you have a computer calamity?ZenPunkHippy wrote:key file ...Phase47 wrote:What is the copy protection scheme for this beast? EG, is it cool, or is it like Waves or Arturia?

Those sounds almost have a hardware quality to them.
