drums app that saves MIDI files ?

I do some search but I can't believe I didn't find a drums app that saves the performance in MIDI files as I could use it later in another software.
All the drums app I can find are toys...

Ideas welcome...

Not too sure what type of Drums App you need (in terms of other functionality), but FunkBox will export your patterns to a MIDI file.

It costs a bit more (and it's not a dedicated drums app), but NanoStudio will also export it's sequenced tracks to MIDI files (and it does drums).

I think Voxkit can do that, too, but that's more saving MIDI files of your performance.

Oh, and I can't say enough good things about iSequence HD, which also does this (apparently, according to the iDesignSound page, though I didn't know it could do that before.. just another cool feature).

It is a full-featured sequencer with a great onboard sampler, but where it really excels for me is in terms of programming drums. It's onboard effects are great and while you can import your own samples (very easily), the sample bundles you can get through IAP are very reasonably priced and sound excellent. It's the only app I'd buy sample content via IAP for (well, except Alchemy).

It seems that Drumstudio is exactly what I'm looking for, and amazingly cheap.
