Thanks for the headsup, just a bit too late as I bought a CM magazine at Zinio 2 days ago. But what is CM Studio exactly? Can't find anything about it..

CM Studio is the collection of (most of) their giveaways, and it comes in every DVD.

it's a set of plugins which you get for free with every issue of Computer Music.

usually they're on the cover DVD, but you can download them if you purchase the Zinio version of the mag.

some of the highlights are Zebra CM, DiversionFX CM, SynthMaster CM, etc.

I already own a Zinio digital mag, and have access to the freebies already. However it is nice to read their tutorials and stuff so I signed up for this.

The vault says access to content for any issues you own so I though that meant it wasn't just a bundle common to all issues, but specifically for each mag. ie. I bought a digital issue last autumn but can't use that to access the latest content (wolfram, synthmaster etc) but would need a newer issue.

So, you may be able to get the latest software with the freebie mag.

Last I checked (couple of weeks ago) they weren't claiming ANY issue you own. They had a limited selection (maybe 6 or 7 past) available. Well.. the CM studio content at least, you don't get the magazine at the vault.

Please, go login and view the list. You can view the drop down list even if you don't own any CM magazines to see which one's content they offer.

afaik, you gain access to the vault for each issue by answering several questions from the mag. so basically, anyone who owns the mag (even if it was purchased using free credits, as in this case) gains access to the vault. including CM Studio.

still waiting for my links, tho.
