this seems to crash my reaper though. cubase 6 is of course happy with CC49
And, for those looking for English manual for aquestone2. I have translated the manual and posted in my blog.

I just found that if I use 64-bit version of Reaper, CC49 works just fine. I was using 32-bit reaper, because some of free VSTs, like Aquestone2, would only have 32-bit version. So, this was counter-intuitive to me but that's how it is...kechi2dtm wrote:CC49 00 will jump to the top line. CC49 01 to the 2nd line, and so forth.Asuyuka wrote:No manual... The one thing that really bugs me about this is that it won't save the syllable set that I pick... Every time I close the window, it goes back to the previous set. Grrr. Irritating as hell. Otherwise, I love this thing!

Do you mean that when you close and re-open the aquestone2 UI, the current focus goes back to the top line? I think this is the design of the program. But, if you use MIDI message CC# 49 for every line of your lyrics, this should not be a problem at all. You can jump to any line (up to 127th line) by using CC49. You can check the detail in my blog (plz see my previous post).bailees7irish wrote:The one thing that really bugs me about this is that it won't save the syllable set that I pick... Or, did I miss something??

Thanks kindly! I was looking for CC49 all this time, and was trying it with CC10... think that was it in the old English manual? Whoops.kechi2dtm wrote:CC49 00 will jump to the top line. Again, thank you so much for the translation, even unofficial, it should still be the same knowledge we need to know. This is very kind.

I do understand it was intended by the developer and I see the incentives of having done it that way. But I wonder if there couldn't be a way of still saving it to certain line of syllables if you so choose without using MIDI messages. I honestly haven't yet bothered with it past tossing Aquestone on a track and letting it add some fresh life to some stale pad or pluck sounds. I will most likely get around to going deeper into the program, but...just saying that I would like both options if at all possible.
