2 things:
There is a spelling mistake in the FX menue - "Chorus" is spelled dsyslectic :)
And Vibrato Rate can not be controlled by another LFO, is this by design or is this a Bug maybe?

Post

It can be added to the mod matrix but nothing happens, not only for vibrato rate, but for any lfo's rate when modulating it with another lfo. Im sure i could do this before.. really!
simon, you broke my pc version :x

Well, I'm sure it could be forgiven when you can use Oscs as mod sources right? ;-)

(yeah yeah, one can always hope ;-))

This is by design, because everything else sounds so crooked :hihi:

Intermodulating LFOs works fine here, just not the vibrato rate and basically vibrato is a fully functional LFO.

Yeah, once in a while maybe, but some folks on KVR react allergic to my demos 8)
Well, I personally enjoy your demos a lot.
The Diversion community isn't exactly flooded with good demos and sound design, so I think you are VERY welcome :-)

I really look forward to your soundset!

Cheers,

Tom

this is amazing! my total favourite diversion sound sample so far. it totally encourages me to explore this amazing synth further.

Ya Simons interest always raises a flag for me to check whats going on. Diversion can load Wave files as Oscillators, so that puts it definately on my to get list.. That Simons doing a soundset for it makes it almost a no brainer.

Sigh, I need to stop checking KVR and get back to my theory and harmony books.. Scores, or just my paid work...

Version 1.23 works fine on Mac OS X Lion and with Numerology Pro.
waves break, but somehow it all makes sense.

Hello guys, the next update 1.25 is available:

http://dmitrysches.com/files/Diversion_125_MacOS.zip

I hope this is the last hotfix and from now the plugin works fine on Mac. I fixed the crash, added MidiCC assignments saving for projects, restored loading of some types of WAV-files (thanks Piet for details). Also, as aMUSEd said, the plugin didn't properly close preset files, which cause GUI disappearance when switching through presets for some time. Now, I'm going to update Windows version, in few days it will be available.

It was the worst release I have ever made. Thanks guys for your patience and for helping me with the bug fixing. Please let me know if any problems and we will update the plugin asap.

There is an order in which LFOs can be intermodulated. For example, LFO1 accepts modulations from LFO2, 3, 4 (Vibrato). Vibrato in turn can't be modulated by another LFOs. The same thing with intermodulating envelopes. I'll think and probably add last-voice-modulation later to get rid of this restriction.

Also I have already thought about adding osc's output to mod sources, I can do something here and that will be added. Though can't say when yet.

Thanks Simon for amazing sounds and demos, I'm looking forward to check your soundset, it will be excellent bank.

There are plenty plugins with much worse launches, and far far slower fixes. So please let me thank you for fixing everything so fast, and bringing Diversion to Mac :D
