Which synth sounds best Zebra2 or Ace?

I hope Zebra3 will sound really good! Can hardly wait.

Zebra has a far greater sonic range than Ace

In areas where Zebra can do things that Ace cannot, there is no question that Zebra sounds better there.
Then there are things Ace can do that Zebra cannot, so there is no question that Ace sounds better there.
Then there are some areas where they overlap

Well said, but while I personally like Zebra better for pads, Ace can do some earth shaking basses.

They are certainly different enough to own BOTH.

I consider Zebra the king of u-He synths.

Even though Diva has better/newer technology in it, it is a more limited in scope.

Zebra is the grandaddy and I expect that version 3 will be able to match Diva's "analog sound quality" while having the massive sound design potential of the Zebra platform.
