I use Electri6ity myself.. but it has a steep learning curve.
I think the absolute easiest is impactsoundworks Shreddage II.. though you will need an amp/cab sim.
Next easiest is probably any of the Musiclab stuff, as has already been stated. Also requires an amp sim I believe.

Pretty much everything needs an amp sim these days.
The combination of a sampleset of your choice (Kontakt powered or VSTi), along with some EQing pre the guitar amp (a lot of these samples miss the tone/volume dials!), and the right stomp box -> Guitar Amp -> Cabinet combo is what really makes the difference.
Certain samples are laid out to "slam on an amp and be done". Which gives the impression that everything else if inferior. But even with excellent samples to begin with, and a wasted 40GB of HDD space, can't give you instant gratification.
This is why I defend Musiclab so much... you need to put a lot of work into it, like every guitarist at home or at the studio. But it's worth the effort.
It's always a battle between:
how easy is it to play vs how good does it sound out of the box.

Ah what the heck, another dump for Musiclab, this time a focus on RealStrat. And yes, you can get a realistic and usable tone out of it. You just need to tweak the VSTi (like: turn off/reduce the fret and picking noises, proper pickup setup, using the right FX combo, etc).
Most famous is this one:

Then on to some new demos, released within the last 1,5-2 years, and with newer RealGuitar engines:
(Michael Jackson - Beat It Solo / RS1, 2009)

(Dream Theater - Best of Times - RealStrat Solo)
