Let put it this way:
I take a short part from one song and uses that as a noise print over another song. Now the new song plays the same harmonics as in the noise print that was extracted from another sound file and that is called clipboard.

No it's an effect exclusive for SF. But i bet there's a lot more plugins that can do that.

Cool Edit Pro also has this option.

Spectrumworx and similar plugins which have a spectral gate will also let you do this. In this case you can filter the most prominent or least prominent spectral components of an audio stream, which in essence lets you listen to the body or noise components of a signal.

There's a simple plugin called spectral monkeyage which also has a spectral gate and can do similar effects. Great for Windowlicker style warbles

I would think that's a standard feature of dedicated noise reduction VST... e.g., Wave Arts de-noiser does what you're looking for... capture noise, monitor noise, etc. http://wavearts.com/products/plugins/mr-noise/

Voxengo Redunoise can also do it: http://www.voxengo.com/product/redunoise/

Must be other broadband noise filter plugs out there... those are just the two that came to mind...

Or left and right speakers for the first audio file is the noise print.
And the left and right speakers for the second audio file is the target.
Both playing at the same time.

Song 1 follows the noise profile harmonics of Song 2 in real-time providing unique dynamic evolving noise print. Fast Fourier Transform.

Apart from that L/R monitor separation you're asking for, (?omgwhy??), most of the above plugins allow you to do exactly what you ask for.

Is there a vst effect like goldwaves noise reduction where it's possible to only listen to the noise
