Not particularly... Sounds like NI to me... trying to be cutting edge... 'digital tough'... so not my cup o tea

I did notice in the video a waveform selector knob with Tri/Saw/inverted Saw/Square/Square w width modulation... so there is at least 1 standard analog osc.

I just rewatched the vid and saw the big M hint -- defo a Massive upgrade.

My feeling is that Battery is going to get the flick in Komplete 9...

Although sometimes my crystal ball is on the blink these days

The M hint can mean Modular. My guess on a NI synth produced by u-he, as NI efx are produced by softube.

But it's probably massive 2

judging from sound examples it has 0df filters ..which is enough to make me consider it.

Well the M is in the same font as the Massive logo

And I would seriously doubt u-he would be behind this new synth; from what little I've read about him in other threads, he's never "gonna sell out" like that, eventhough many have tried.

Combined with extremly low CPU would be great! N.I. are very good at making music demo's though, so will wait and see the demo first as always.
