I guess that clears that upI did clear with NI the ability to say what it isn't, just in case this video is unclear. This does not involve hardware. It's a new software instrument.

I would say that eliminates Massive 2 also...VariKusBrainZ wrote:I guess that clears that upI did clear with NI the ability to say what it isn't, just in case this video is unclear. This does not involve hardware. It's a new software instrument.

I'll betcha that I'll want it. NI seems to make stuff I want. I have a vein always fresh and ready for NI.
Hmmmmmmmmmm. Should I but all my other synths up for sale in the market place now?

dayjob wrote:it doesn't sound very interesting to me. it sounds like it's just covering ground that is well covered by lot's of things already... even NI's own plugs already can do all those sounds in their demos.
unless there is another shoe to drop i don't see what's so interesting about it?
Sounds that way to me... I would really like to see more unique physical modeling synths... like AAS String Studio. That synth makes lots of sounds that nothing else does.

the next hardware they do will most likely be a keyboard controller, they had a survey recently and it was heavily focused on keyboards and what people want from one.

It's very early with not that much to be able to judge wisely, but so far I haven't heard anything that could, like some of you, get me exited like a little girl in a Justin Bieber show.
Definitly need for info and audio examples.

Must have missed that. I know there's a lot of call for it and the gamechanger stuff and video teaser graphics got me thinking.gamecat666 wrote:musikmachine wrote:Dammit!VariKusBrainZ wrote:I guess that clears that upI did clear with NI the ability to say what it isn't, just in case this video is unclear. the sounds on the video are cool though not extraordinary, the demos on soundcloud however are highly uninteresting... theres not much to talk about, lets just wait and see.

The current group of NI synths cover A LOT of ground. I honestly can't imagine a sound that a new synth could make that I can't already get with one of their other (great) synths.
