Dear Arturia!

Welcome to the KVR-forum!

I'm a newcomer to your products having only recently bought the V-Collection a couple of months ago.
Up to this point I have mainly been using the Jupiter, the CS80 and the Prophet, and I must say I really love these synths!

However, I have one request.
The GUIs really are too small. Trying to work on these synths on a laptop can be a real strain on the eyes, not to mention that it can sometimes be hard to enter the exact value you want.

Is there any chance we'll ever see an updated, or even optional, interface for the synths in the V-collection?
I personally wouldn't mind sacrificing some of the authentic look of the virtual versions for a better and easier to use interface.

Anyway! Keep emulating classics for us! :)

Sincerely,
Fred E

While you're waiting an answer.. I posted a tip on the Arturia forums on resizing the gui in their synths, about six months ago here: http://www.arturia.com/evolution/smf/in ... pic=6881.0

Basically - it is a workaround, using the "Enable Access for Assistive Devices" system setting, and some key commands to zoom in and out. It's ugly -- but works.

***

I made a similar request directly to Arturia some time ago. The person was very nice, but the answer I took away from it was "don't expect it to change any time soon."

I am very new to the V Collection, just a few days. But, same problem, the windows are so small, and I am not young. On dual 24" monitors I cannot read the labels for the controls. I have to lean forward and try to read them. Very frustrating, and makes me go to other synths instead.

Funny, I purchased the V Collection primarily for the Prophet VS sounds, but the ARP2600 is the one I cannot stop playing... I just cannot see the GUI... So frustrating!

I continually come across people who want larger GUIs. I keep wanting them smaller to fit better on my crappy 1366x768 screen resolution.

+1 for the larger GUI's. The SEM V is great at that point though! I totally love those big knobs!

Help me boyz :D Let's make a Poll so maybe Arturia's decide to consider us!

+1 for the smaller GUI's.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

Try reading the screen on an arturia origin...
I might focus a webcam on it and set up a screen to the left...very low resolution though.
I'm tired of being insane. I'm going outsane for some fresh air.

+1 for a bigger screen (and the original one for low res users). U-he offers 8 different sizes with Diva, if they can do it why Arturia couldn't?

I would like to see a V Virus (analog version) not the TI :D
Ableton Live 9 Suite, Tone 2 ElectraX, Tone 2 Gladiator 2, Tone 2 Rayblaster, Fabfilter Saturn, Propellerhead Reason 6.5, Propellerhead PX7 Synthesizer RE, is some of the gear I use...
