5 pts: Dimtsak - Enter through the narrow gate
maybe not the most synthy one, maybe not the most complex one - but the emotions are so pronounced in this one that it gets my 5 points...
4 pts: Vort3x - Breeze in the forest
great ambient piece and really interesting sounds and soundscapes!
3 pts: z.prime - Destined for More
great progressive stuff and I dig these drums!
2 pts: Photonic - Sparkling
maybe not 100% my kind of music, but it's soooo vintage
good work!
1 pts: Doc Jon - Zygosis 2
great mood and this '90 piano sound reminding me of my teenage years

5 Points
evo2slo - The Stars are Yours
Big favorite for me. Just love this tune, everything about it. Love the ending… Points fo sho
4 Points
RuediRena - PheaX 1.2
I love this track. 10 minutes of exploring a distant world. Normally I would not consider voting for a track this long, but this one might get my five! I did not even realize it was this long until the third listen! Just enchanting.
3 Points
ClaRago - Gemini
Love the intro, and the unexpected directions… crazy cymbals… is that a car chase in the middle? wild. All CrazyGoNuts in that section near the end...
2 Points
Doc Jon - Zygosis2
cool, immediately draws you in… like the lead here, just very strong work. nice breaks… cool. love the arrangement.
1 Point
bh9090 - all that stuff you did
#6 is particularly cool… I'll vote for #6 as a rep for all your tunes. You basically entered an E.P. for the OSC! Great work!
Honorable Mentions
Farlukar - Emmi
my kind of creepy little thing. like the subtleties with the hat sound. Loving the odd times, they feel natural here, not forced.
VanderVan - Unhappy Accident
Crazy hi freq sweeps, strange feeling stuff. I like it... mix is a bit pumped, but it kinda works... I dig the beeping of the hospital equipment
The only problem was the hi frequencies were just out of control, and actually got painful (this happened with moldavsky's track too interestingly). Maybe this was intentional ( I have been known to try to induce aural pain myself from time to time), but it was just too much.
Dead Eddy - Door
This is another great one. spooky dubby and super stylized… Fantastic piano sound too.
VORT3X - Breeze In the Forest
Cool, like the birds, nice seaside vibe at the end, nice relaxing track!
szalonykp - Lonely Voyage
goose pimplin' good! length is strangely perfect...
Everybody did such a great job this month, It was really difficult to pick favorites, so congrats to all!

5 PTS: Jasinski - EraOfGoodFeelings.
really excellent production.
4 PTS: Z.prime - DestinedForMore.
could have given this 5 too. impressive.
3 PTS: Ricler - On the Cafe terrace.
so different and great sound programming
2 PTS: Broad Hills of Yeast - Farside
love that scrathing sound, overall nice.
1 PTS: Vort3x - Breeze in the Forest.
Also
@Dimstak - How the hell with that piano?!?!
@Gorgeorgathgorggorgor - very uniuque piece. it grows on you.
@Bumto - great mood.
Tough making the call on some of these. They were all good. And there are so many factors; sound design, composition, mixing/production, etc, to consider.
I didn't use presets, so I wasn't too famililiar with them. Hopefully I'm not giving lots of credit to preset heavy tracks and not recognizing the "from scratch" programmers.

Wow, an amazing amount of first rate music to wade through this month. After a few days solid listening, I've picked out my five.
5pts - Doc Jon - Zygosis
I must be turning into a Doc Jon fanboi because I also voted for his track in the Music Café contest last month. But this was a clear favourite for me. Grabs you right from the start and is superb throughout. Very cool percussion, great melodies, love the palm muted guitar, masterful use of filters for soft leads, transitions are brilliant.
4pts - Szalonykp - lonely voyage
A little on the short side, but packs a lot into a small space, getting straight down to business. Love the leads, good groove, great overall sound.
3pts - Photonic - sparkling
This is something of a musical masterpiece. Great introduction, with lovely sparkling bells, followed with lovely melodies. Love the transition to jazz midway through.
2pts - Ballacr75 newone
This one grew on me over several listens. Nice chord sequence, builds nicely, very cool when the drums come in.
1pts - Thrax - Eternity
Like the intro riff/theme melody, and the kick drum pattern that emerges later in the song.
Here's a few that came close to getting my votes:
Jasinski - Era of good feelings
Another one that grabs you from the start. Some very creative sound choices.
Yeager - psychic sidekick
Always enjoy Yeager tracks, and this is no exception. High quality with a video game feel in places.
BHY - Farside
Very clever intro and great sound choices going on here. Cool lead widdles, bass parts and bubbling sounds.
Bh9090 - OSCFF5
Wasn't sure what to make of six entries from the same person, but you've treated us to a feast of music, and this one is my pick of the bunch. Really nice gentle EP sound, and as with all your tracks, some nice rhythmic work.
If I can find some time, I'll try to post my thoughts on a few others too.

It's been a pleasure as well as a really hard task to make up my mind, so I had to pick up a theme for the judgment.
5 pts: -V0RT3X- Breeze In the Forest
(perfect OST for National Geographic / Discovery)
4 pts: RuediRena - PheaX 1.2
(Matrix Trilogy OST feeling + originality)
3 pts: Ricler - On the Cafe terrace
(quality, consistency, and logic, + sound design)
2 pts: Gorgorgathgorgorgor - Descent
(Independent Film about drugs/nightlife OST + originality)
1 pt: Bumtu - Midnight Dance
(X-Files OST feeling)
Needless to mention, so much outstanding music here, that it makes my choice kind of random; it easily could've been another 5 favorites.
Also, I'd like to give a shout-out to the people submitted more than one track:
Eauson, Skyzone, bh9090, ballacr75 - you guys are awesome, there should be a special prize/category or something for you.
Keep up the good work everyone, thanks!

Thank you for rewarding our track with 5 points. It's awesome that you think we deserve those points.
However, I'm affraid your vote will not count, as this is your first post.
Check this rule:
"Voters must have had 20 prior forum posts before competition start, or have participated in this month's contest."
Although your vote will not count, we are still happy with it! Thanks!
