You can, of course, use software like jBridge with MuLab, if you need to cross the divide between 64bit and 32bit worlds.
And just to add, MuLab Free is not restricted in comparison with MuLab XT or UL - the limits are soft limts, in that the software will simply alert you when you exceed them.

I knew it had to be something simple! Have tried Ableton, Reaper and a couple of other DAWs and found myself overwhelmed... but Mulab is so instinctive, think I might have found my perfect starter DAW...
