Yes i get this when switching to analogue mode and playing with presets.
Had a couple of crashes too in simple projects.
Not stable, maybe i am pushing it too hard.

I'm using WIN 7 64bit,Cubase 7 64bit,i7 3770k,RME Aio.

C7x64 is one of our primary test environments, so this is unexpected. In testing, "pushing too hard" has typically meant an excess of 200 instances in a post session, or hitting 32bit session size limits, and its proven solid so far- you really shouldn't be seeing crashes!

This is our first report of an issue on Win7... Could you give me more info please? Maybe mail over any crash reports you have, or give me some kind of steps I can follow that might get it to crash here? I'll fix ASAP!

After a day of working with EQuilibrium I give it an enthusiastic 2 thumbs up.

I love how configurable the interface is, and with the deep config options I'm able to get everything setup just the way I like it.

I'm digging through all of the filter types now. Impressive. I'm going to do some testing alongside the SSL Duende Native to see how close I can get EQuilibrium.

Any tips for going after the C200 console E Series and G Series EQ with EQuilibrium? How would the 4kg curves differ?

Exactly my thoughts! This is one of the best things for my music to ever come along.

Here is an EQuilibrium preset for the SSL 4000 E-Channel based off default settings on the Waves version. I just tweaked the 4kg that was in Units.

I have no idea yes how the curves match up, or how close the high and low pass DMG filters are to the SSL but I'm going to keep digging.

Download it, tweak it, fix it, repost it :)

Is it possible to share configurations among users via config file ?
Professional technicians are assessed by the abilities they possess.
Amateur technicians are assessed by the tools they possess - and the amount of those tools, with an obvious preference to the latest hyped ones.

Suggestion: Instead of the keyboard or as an addition: Add the note information in the normal dialog per dot/band. In that way you see a lot 'equicker' on what note you are applying eq.

And really like the new setupmenu. Only the scrollwheel behaviour in the Global Prefs menu is a little odd :-)

Now back to enjoymode and superb work Dave, you've earned that cigar and many to come ;-)

There's some way of doing this. It's, like, shift+alt click on the text boxes? Anyway, that's a thing.

Edit: that's a thing for the band strips. Not 100% sure I did it for the tooltips.

osx 10.6.8 32bit

the scroll-wheel adjusts the Q width when the mouse is over a band node. but, when using the SHIFT key modifier, it doesn't go into a "fine tuning" mode as you'd expect. this would be a welcome addition.

When I stop playback in the DAW the meters appear to hover around -90 and never clear. Is this intended?

Here as well.

Also, I'm getting a crash in Logic 9.1.8 with 10.6.8 when I have multiple EQs loaded and I right click on the analyzer button for different options.
Heya,

Could you possibly send me a crash report for this?

Cheers!

Dave,

I think I mentioned this back then, when EQuality came out. The Digital+ doesn't cancel out 100% in a null test. Depending on the step you choose, you get different levels of cancellation. I think 64 cancels out 100% actually, but 16 for example, cancels only down to -30dBFS, which is not really good.

It just worries me a little that something's going on in there that I'm not aware of. Especially on multi-mic recordings.

Sorry for stupid question, but cancels with what?

FWIW EQuality Digital+ is 64.

But in fairness, Digital+ is supposed to do a little magic to things, so I don't see it's tech measurements (for instance, it does a little phase trickery) as massive priority. That said, I'll investigate, because having already triple checked everything, the fourth check will not hurt anything and if there's something to find I'll be extremely glad to find it! :)
