Kirnu Cream v1.0.0 pre release 4(5) plays with HOLD on endless last arpeq notes or play endless notes after playback stopped

playing a sequence with Cream HOLD is turned on.
if playback is stopped, Cream continues with endless playing last arpeq notes or play endless notes.
