According to VirSyns website, Midi sync was supposed to have been implemented in the last update. Anyone know how to set it up? I had a really neat arp going and wanted to sync DM1 to it, but couldn't find any settings other then channel....

Well, latest update seems to allow Midi sync to happen. However I'm getting erratic sync behavior. For example, if I use DM1 as sync source, the arp in Addictive sometimes starts on the beat, other times it's 1/2 beat off. Also tried using Molton....same thing. Can anyone else confirm this on their system?

i will play around tomorrow maybe - but in my opinion Addictive still needs a bit of tweaking. My main issue is using the loop recorder - you can only record 16 seconds total (something they don't tell you in the documentation)... so if are doing something at a tempo of 108bpm, you can only record 7 bars... woring at 90bpm and 4 or 5 bars is the max you can set. Also would be nice to have different settings on the keyboard size/lock. But overall, this synth is still a worthy app.

I really like it. There is a lot of sonic potential with it. I haven't messed around with the loop recorder...yet. I would like to see the Midi sync issue fixed so I could sync the arps to a recording app or to drum apps like DM1 or Molten.....then use Auria to record each onto their own tracks, hopefully in sync. VirSyn is pretty quiet about any development..on this or any other iPad app...
