No sound using VSTs in Reaper

No problem you guys are all trying to help thanks a lot and yes that's what I can hear is the MIDI virtual keyboard and yes, wavetable synth is enabled+clock.

Still no sound from the synthesizer FX like the osc or LFO or anything like that. Tatapoum also makes no noise either. I got no response over at the Reaper forums and I've tried to figure this out for a few days now with no luck. I can hear from the MIDI keyboard (any notes I write) but nothing else. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I found I had to choose the VST instrument, and then click on Reaper again to bring Windows focus back to it, and then I could hear the VST instrument. It's frustrating because you can't fiddle with settings on the VST easily. Maybe that's what you need to do.Max2450 wrote:Looks like a green play icon.
