Is that not allowed? :?:
sure you can do it. but if it's a commercial ensemble, and not a part of Reaktor's factory content, how do you share it with the public without simultaneously giving them the commercial ensemble ?
build the poly unit, upload with instructions how to connect up to monark. simples!

NI have never done good emulations of hardware synths and have retired most of their emulations for sample sets. Monark may be the first great one. The B4 was good for its time and had a fantastic GUI.

I made it polyphonic and it sounds like sh*t, the more voices you add, the more CPU it uses, regardless whether you play it or not, but I don't care about CPU, because it sounds like sh*t in polyphony  So I understand why NI didn't make it polyphonic, because it sounds like sh*t if you play with it cords and a lot of people would have complained about CPU usage.
So definitely it's better to keep it monophonic.

Awesome, provide instructions so we can all try :)

i think fluxx is on the trolling side. the moog filter maybe is not the best for pads and such (too squeezed to the middle) but "sounding like S** "in poly is just subjective nonsense. if a sound is programmed from the ground up for poly use ofc you can get some good poly sounds out of it. you can't just expect a sound designed for mono use to sound good in poly straight off the bat.

I am also no "Spam Troll"
you are a spammer constantly self promoting "your "(copied) presets or pimp xilss.
your posts serve no other purpose . it is now obvious even to the blind.
any thread is an excuse to just post a link to "your" presets.
everywhere and anywhere in any theard (even in a reaktor thread or any unrelated thread) whatever the discussion you arrive to spam us with the presets.
you even had your own thread which you bump adlibitum.
give it a rest.
you gave your review as you say already on page 2 . let others post their review and have their say too.
or you wanna turn this thread all about you and your presets like you did with the main one that was closed?.
you already posted a link to the presets twice. is that not enough?
or every new page will be an excuse to post a link to them?
not a spam troll maybe but a preset spammer for damn sure.
and every new page a new kilometric post by you. enough

It does sound like sh*t, because oscillators are harsh as f**k, it's an aggressive synth so no wonder it's sh*t for chords playing
Ok
1.Enable editing mode, Go to "Panel/Monark/Monark", disconnect from "Volt" cell PK, GT, and T2
2.Create "Note Pitch" and "Gate" and connect "Note Pitch" to PK and Gate to GT
3.Still at the same place disconnect "Volt" cell from "Out 1", create "Out Port" and "Audio Voice Combiner" and Connect "Audio Voice Combiner" output to Out 1 and Out 2 and then Connect "Volt" cell output to Audio Voice Combiner input
4.Now go to "Panel/Monark" disconnect Out 2 and connect that Out 2 to Second free Out
5. Go back to "Panel/Monark/Moanrk" and disable "Mono" in "Volt" cells properties
6. Go to back to "panel" click on Monark name and in Properties page enable as many voices as you want
7. Go to file and save ensemble as Monark Poly, because I don't now how to make a switch for mono/poly yet, so you will have 2 versions, one normal monophonic and one f**ked up Polyphonic

i'm not here to promote a sound design business or sell anything unlike some , nor to help anyone (certainly not you,) are you here to help anyone? i think not.
just here to discuss software. and if you saw the original monark thread you'd understand. constant non stop advertising about a preset pack and it was impossible to even ask any questions about the product .
one simple link and noone would have minded but every new page there was another link and reminder of them. like a synth is all about presets. heck the minimoog didn't even have presets.
this thread was heading the same way...so i thought it was time to say something.
now keep it on topic.
btw there was a recent poll...60% of those who voted are unhappy with constant preset spamming and even want preset threads moved to another section. so i'm not alone.
now keep it on topic

He made a ONE HUNDRED PERCENT FREE preset pack, and spent time not only creating it, but uploading screenshots to help people deal with NI's confusing preset system. Other than his signature, he has not advertised a single thing.

Only spam here is your concern trolling....

does that mean even who only purchased the instrument (like me) can have a poly version? or only for full reaktor users?

Post

Only full Reaktor users can edit the Monark ensemble. You can't edit it in Reaktor Player, IIRC.

hmm, dunno?
do you have any access to the ul?

although im sure it could be uploaded to a users website, many ensembles are.
obviously provided its the user who creates it.
:ud:

Post

actually, probably just reaktor owners, as i imagine you cant modify monark without it, sorry.
