Best release so far, lots of bugs were ironed out, thanks!
Still here > SWING ERROR:
Using with Cubase 7 32-bit + using Steinberg Retrologue VST3 instrument, using latest 32-bit Cream downloaded today.
Steps:
1. Set a simple 1/16 sequence
2. Add some swing like 60%
3. Play on keyboard, its timing is fine.
4. Now start play or record in Cubase even in an empty project
3. Now play on keyboard - the swing is stuttered and is definitely different when Cubase is in play/record mode.

At last a plugin that can compete with Omnispheres sequencer on use and looks.
Cream beats it. Bought it congrats on the release.
It runs perfectly stable on Ableton live 9 64bit so far.

does this really have 17079 parameters? My new plug-in has ~500 and i thought that was a lot.

Parameter list sure seems crazy. For example "Gate" listed 48 times, "Reset nl on pattern reset" 250+ times. Not sure what's going on...hibrasil wrote:does this really have 17079 parameters?

Just trying the demo. Ooops ... looks like I should have bought it when it was going cheap
A question though. I could have asked this in the Valhalla or Arturia forums as I have the same problem with some of their plugins that I have here with Cream.
Whilst Cream has focus I cannot play notes in Live from my computer keyboard. I have to click back on Live in order to hear my playing.
This makes tweaking Cream whilst playing from the keyboard onerous to say the least.
Is this intended behaviour or am I doing something stupid?
I know I can plug in a midi keyboard to solve the problem before anybody suggests that.
Cheers

That's a common Live issue, not a Cream one. If you hunt around on the Ableton forums there's a startup option you can set.lnikj wrote:Just trying the demo. Ooops ... looks like I should have bought it when it was going cheap

Thanks for replying.
I've found a fix for plugins NOT getting keyboard focus on the Live forums, but not for them not relinquishing it. It's a PC only fix (I'm on a Mac).
Anyway, I don't want to derail the thread so I'll pursue this elsewhere if it's a Live issue.
Cheers.

I purchased Cream the day it was released (I was too slow to get in on the pre-release testing). Thus far it has worked well in Reaper. I am still in the 'getting under the hood' phase, so I am trying all sorts of things just to get a good idea of what it can do.
I think you have done a good job with it.
