Yepp saw that. But the devs can see when their apps are being reviewed by Apple, which means it is usually only a few hrs away, if it gets passed the review process. Getting to the review process usually takes like 8-14 days so...

Oh, I see- was thinking "submitted" was synonymous with "being reviewed"....

Post

Here's a bit more data:
Based on 389 reviews in the last 30 days, the average review time was 6 days.

This should make up for not being able to find my Cameleon....

We've put a massive amount of work in to this update and it is (quite frankly!) awesome. This means we're itching to release as much as you want to use it.

The app store review is in progress, we'll have more info very soon.

Peace,
Andy.

No offence mate, but you've been saying that for quite a long time now. I appreciate you're at the mercy of the mystical review process but apart from Filtatron, this is the most anticipated Audiobus update.
The number of times I check for it per day is starting to get silly, lol.

Post

When you see the updated app in action you'll understand. This is not just "a few lines of code" to add AudioBus. It's like a whole new application.

Besides, it'll be ready when it's ready. We can't do more than that, if we want to release a quality app.

Peace,
Andy.

Also, as I already said: we want to release it too, after spending months of work developing and testing ... otherwise it's all for nought.

Peace,
Andy.

cool, i'll be keeping an eye out her in oz as they sometimes appear earlier ;)

Any reason for the in-app update for pro upgrade and extra factory sounds? Is this in preparation for the v2 update?
And does that mean the true update is imminent?........ So many questions........any answers?

Post

I'd like to know what the pro and bonus updates did as well. Did they add anything or just fixed some sounds or something?

As I said, I meant no offence and understand that this is a major update and represents a hell of a lot of sleepless nights and requires a dedicated team, and also a very understanding family!
I don't want you to think that we (I realise my arrogance in speaking for everyone!) are not incredibly appreciative of all your hard work and the fact that this one thread is as long as it is, goes some way to prove that.
Again, sorry if my comment came across as though you were in control of the update not going live, it's just that reading "more info soon" and the like so many times, gets a tad frustrating and I imagine the same is true when you have to keep typing it.

Post

The Bonus + Pro updates we made available won't add new content to the release version of Alchemy Mobile, it's part of our preparation for the release of v2.0.

@ St3rling - no worries, sorry if I sounded annoyed, that wasn't my intention. The above info and that fact that we've published a screen shot should say something about an imminent release (barring any unexpected problems).

Peace,
Andy.
