good Plug in to Clean Background string on vocals / samples

Hello
what do you recomend to buy.
i need a good plug in to clean vocals & Speech from movies with ambiente noises, musics, fx on background. i need do extract only the vocals/voices from samples with some quality.
I try Waves X-Noise but not good with the results.

I read about some techniques used for de-essing of vocals.
It's based on eq+gating and recording to another track, which is then summed with original in 180 degree phase to cancel out what you don't want.
So you create a reverse gate you might call it - to get as much as possible without vocal to another track.
If vocal is dead center a mid/side processor might help in doing that as well. Maybe Waves S1 or something.

Came across this guide for extracting vocal tracks....it mentions a few other plugins you can try.
