Im looking to get a new keyboard to replace my keyrig 49. I dont need anything fancy, i just need nicer keys than the keyrig, preferably 61 keys but i can go with 49, and it cant be too bulky(for reference i have an m-audio venom and it is barely to bulky to fit up there. :D

I'm happy with my m-audio oxygen so far. I think I bought it for about $130. Not sure if this is much of an upgrade over your keyrig though.

Guesss it depends on what's important to you.
You want weighted or semi-weighted keys? Do you have another MIDI-controller with knobs and sliders or do you need them on the keyboard itself?

I was lucky to find my PCR-800 on a dutch e-bay for about 80 dollars. For convenience I additiontaly bought a BCR2000 controller. When making electronic music I don't need more than 49 keys and I don't even want weighted ones.

If I record more piano-based pieces I use my electronic piano with 88 weighted keys. So, depends on what you need..
