Yeah, but that is the same with Amazon.com, and a lot of other online dealers.

If you gonna go after somebody for doing that, you need to take them all on ;)
Nope, amazon and this is the only experience in all my buying years.

That said, i officially am over MF as a reseller, so to the MF rep who replied, I am simply "over it now", don't want to waste my time sending you my email for removal. I prefer to keep you blocked and sending emails to thin air.
Hey Theo,

Regarding our shipping restrictions we would truly love to ship all of our products worldwide but unfortunately can only work within the agreements we have with the manufacturers. We are always looking to expand availability to international customers and I am sorry to read in this case it has caused you to look elsewhere. This scenario is also a little different than a simple digital download in the sense that these licenses are physically shipped to the customer. We do offer our digital downloads to all international customers.

MAGIX 2 FOR 1 SPECIAL.

They wont deliver the second plugin.

I purchased this several days ago and finnally emailed them.
They acted like they didnt have the special that is listed on their web site.

Just a notice to be careful.
My goodness.. and they had a special for all the plugins for a special price not long ago.. but it involved email i think.

I wanted to buy this deal for te ammunition/amp pulse pack, etc, and choose variverb.
Name and shame, what did they say to you?

I think you just saved me $200

:hail:

Sorry you had to go through it yourself though.

If you put it on your CC, do a chargeback immediately.
Like I said in the Bargain Center thread: I'm going to jump on that deal on Monday but will call a local Magix service line beforehand to have that deal confirmed on the phone. I've collected everything I need to put a lawyer onto them if they refuse to give me a second license.

However, this just doesn't sound typical of Magix to me, I've never encountered anything similar since being their customer.

Something might have gone wrong with Sparky77's order. This is not the usual behavior of that company.

no you DON'T. the thing that started this was me trying to purchase sonnox dynamics which said on your onw page "DOWNLOAD PRODUCT"

then it said it couldn't be delivered to Australia.

See, you guys do not even know your own site!

Hey Theo,

The download Sku does show as eligible to be sent to Australia. If you would send me your order info to the email below I would be happy to look into this further. I also understand you made it clear that you are done with us a whole but we are still here to help anyone that is having problems purchasing or experiencing any issues. Our email for reference is forums@musiciansfriend.com.

I tried to call the phone number and it has been disconnected.
They request the buyer send them a copy of the order confirmation.
I did this 3 times during the week.

After no response the third time, I wrote asking if there was any
issues, also no answer.
I also emailed them from a different address just to be sure there was
no problem with the email.

On top of this I emailed the shop and support.
The shop contacted me resending the first serial number, not the second.

I had explained the issue was with not receiving the second product,
they did not respond.

Everything that was requested from them has been received several times,
still no product.

At this point legal action is in progress.

Maybe the availability of the plugins sold by MF depends on which ships are currently passing Saltlake City...

Seems that they have some problems with the support teams. I would wait some more days, maybe they get it sorted next week...

I cannot imagine that Magix would INTENTIONALLY defraud customers...

You should maybe give it another shot and try what I suggested here:

http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 62#5344662

I presume we have a strange case where the non-pro Magix people haven't been informed about this special pro deal and refuse to send out a second serial. Still can't believe this is really happening, though.

If it's any consolation Theo, Juno Download did the same to me with Omnisphere. They had one of the best prices, but couldn't ship it to the US. Trillian - no problem. Go figure. I don't know who makes up these rules, but I don't think it's the resellers.
(At least MF is showing some customer support by posting here and I have to applaud that. Rare these days.)

I think the Magix support system has issues.
Frankly its lacks responsibility.

Orders should not take a week or more to get completed.

The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.

I have purchased many of the Magix products and despite having problems
before, this time is grossly irresponsible.

Of course, USA only, again... :(

Sugar Bytes is a GERMAN company, and I cannot order the MF deal in GERMANY... :bang:
