I re-sent the e-mail the next day (Friday), as well. It shouldn't take 3 days (or more) to get a return e-mail with license info for Vandal. I am assuming they will honor this deal, but what a PITA, not to mention the stress of wondering if you will ever hear from them again or have just paid to have a fight on your hands.
Update:

This morning, I had a phone call with one of the Magix sales people and was confirmed that the "Plug-in Special" is active as described on the respective Magix online site. I simply wanted to be sure...

I bought the Analogue Modelling Suite via Paypal at around 2 pm this afternoon and immediately sent a mail containing my order to the speficied address. I received a mail containing the serial number for my free plug-in (Vandal) about three hours later. Everything worked out as described on the web site.

I've just re-read your post and think I've found the reason for your problem:

You sent a mail containing your order to samplitude@magix.com. Instead, you should've sent it to samplitude@magix.net.

@Sparky77: Did you send your mail to the wrong Magix address as well?

@Theo: No money gone down the drain, no lawyer needed. Two high-end plug-ins for the price of one. Great! :D

Of course :tu:

Look at that very nice lady handling all service related questions at Magix, surely such a beauty will never let us down :D

You still have about 2.5 hours to go, it's still May 6 in Germany. 8) The German date of purchase is important to profit from the deal.

As far as I know, Magix licenses are always transferrable. But, unless you move to Samplitude ProX Suite, you won't have the Analogue Modelling Suite in your DAW, just a cut-down version of AMTrack. The Suite is not included in the regular Samplitude ProX. Variverb is, but I'm sure you know that already.

I sent the e-mails (three of them) to the correct magix address - samplitude@magix.net. I just used the wrong e-mail address in this post. I finally got my serial number today from a very helpful Magix US/Samplitude representative, who made sure that the serial number was added to my account (I still haven't received any e-mail from Magix :)).

I have to chime in here and say that I stopped receiving the Musicians Friend emails because every software deal was boxed and here in the UK that's useless to me. So now I buy downloads from AudioDeluxe and JRRShop instead. It's a shame because every now and then MF has a good offer. but my money goes elsewhere. They probably could have got some significant sales from me otherwise.

If the MF d/l policy has changed and is on the same level as AD and JRRShop then I might sign up for their email again.
