Those are real brass instruments:

- 1980's Holton trombone
- 1970's Getzen Frumpet (yes, that's 'Frumpet', not 'trumpet': tuned Eb)
- 1970's Conn Cornet
- 1940's King/EH White tenor horn (Eb)

I'm still trying to decide if my off-tuning playing makes them sound more 'authentic'... ;)

Thanks for listening,

You mean the kind of audio plug-ins that you plug in to your body somehow?! Whoa! What are the system requirements? I'm sure my processor's too slow.

Minimum requirements are Lungs 1.0 and Lips 1.2. For a substantial performance improvement, though, get the highest-end Diaphram you can get! :P

Oh dear, I was anticipating this, since the shabby geocities address was claiming that my page has exceeded its allocated data transfer, for reasons unknown to me...

Oh well, it's promising that access to this site will be restored within an hour...

It's cool to see the number of reviewers going up this month, I'll have a new batch up hopefully tomorrow

hats seems a bit loud
Thanks man; in my quest for making more use of drums and percussion and how to deal with them in the mix I think I have gone a bit overboard with the compression on the hats (Blockfish & Camel Phat Free). One tries and learns
Miro wrote:love the discordant tinkling from 0:50, but it becomes a bit intrusive as it continues through the rest of the track.
Would have liked something to soothe the pain in there somewhere.
That tinkling is coming from the Juno60, played live on top of the track. Intrusive; yeah I can hear what you mean. No painkillers at the time of making this as I was rebellious

Thanks; I will try my hand at more percussion-programming (though this weekend the family gets extended with two hardware synths, so I'll probably be more concentrating on that  As for the hats, yeah... see above

another '80, talent for another song

Huh??? unintelligibly terse m8. :?

Either you've said my stuff sounds 80's before, or others have made that same comment. Question is just what does that mean? Through my filter saying something is 80's is great thing, but for all I know it may be codespeak for saying it sounds like "Kitschy cheese shit"?
