I want to ask you a favor. I have epilepsy. Your signature is going to give me a seizure. Please slow it down. It's cool and all, but seriously...

Thanks,

For anyone who thought this was a bad joke...I'm not joking. I do have epilepsy and Vurt, there are 9596 of your strobing signatures all over the forum and, though pretty cool, they really could be toned down a bit. For the record, I love your tracks and your online personality and hope you don't think I'm attacking you. It's bad enough that KVR has some irritating flash adds.

BTW - my entry is in.

This is a very serious issue on the web for people like 7zark7. Let's pay attention and respect this request.

[quote="Glooper"]Freeztar, Your link doesn't seem to work... :( ... I get an angelfire page instead.

Yeah, I shouldn't have used Angelfire, but it works if you right click the link and choose "Save target as..."
Anti-aliasing is for "synthmonk%ys".

Thanks you very much.

Here's a direct link to the track.

It was done using Jeskola Buzz and a bunch of VST and DX-plugins + some of the native generators and effects of Buzz. I guess it would fall into the category of melodic IDM.

I will write a few comments on some of the tracks submitted so far once I feel I have soaked them in properly...

OK,

Thanks guys!

Just for the record: I too have epilepsy and these stroboscopic effects can be disconcerting. Even aside from that, it's hard reading text when right next to the text something is screaming for your attention - which is why I hate animated ads.

I'm sorry Vurt - the animation is actually pretty cool! :)

I'm surprised there isn't a program out there for people with epilepsy that disables all flashing web images and Flash animations. That seems like that would be the logical solution here.

Check your browser preferences. In Explorer it is possible to disable gif looping, and I would expect that this is the case for other browsers as well.

Cool!

Thanks everybody!
