No no I use a vocal sample called André Background 5 from Logic. Someone posted that loop somewhere here on the forum.
Then I just put the loop together and add that lfo plugin + other effects. :)

Could you zip the LFO tools presets folder, i downloaded a ''less than legal version'' and i don't have the presets..

lol, or you could just us an arpeggiator and tweak with the gate settings until you get it perfect. But for audio, LFO tool for 50$ is totally worth it in my opinion.

Which ever works best for you. But I personally recommend LFO Tool. It's a good plugin :)

I don't think it's a Gator effect, while the filter cutoff is open, the effect is very low. So i would guess it's a simple LFO on the filter cutoff :P
