a simple metronome with drum sounds please

Hi,

Ive downloaded GrooveBox...it is nearly there i.r.o. simplicity for my acoustic non techno brain but i need something
1. that is a metronome with reasonable quality drum sounds
2. that i can export settings/tracks to my documents
3. that i can create very simple patterns myself...even like just a bass drum track
4. that is free

can anyone help :-)

Thx for this. Can you suggest anything maybe a bit more sophisticated. the weird metronome is the right direction but not flexible enough...i need to be able to improve/adjust the sound texture on the bass drum sound and also save the track to a wav file on my laptop. would really appreciate your help as im not getting much feedback with this issue :-)
