Like the title says, new update available to hopefully fix some terminal issues Windows users were having. A few Mac fixes in there as well.

Hi all , any of you tested DP803 on win7 x64?
this is a wonderful DAW I've been using for 10 years on Mac and now moved to Windows.
I have a powerful machine, 8CPUs, 16Gb ram, 2 SSD and 1 HDD, but DP803 do not run smooth. only one empty MIDI Track takes to a heavy processing.
any of you tested it ?
Thanks a lot

I tested the demo and promptly deleted it for these main reasons:mr.rock wrote:Hi all , any of you tested DP803 on win7 x64?

- No loop/sample browser to audition files before dropping them on a track
- DP8 can't automatically create new lanes when loop recording MIDI tracks.

What that has to do with the question asked I have no idea?summer2000 wrote:I tested the demo and promptly deleted it for these main reasons:mr.rock wrote:Hi all , any of you tested DP803 on win7 x64?

Your reasons are redundant to me anyway, the OS can sample browse, and many people don't want to make multiple takes of a single loop recording, just the one that's in time.
DP is not for you, why you chose to post in an update thread is beyond me?

8.04 out. Really wanting to like this, there are some features I want if they can get it stable in Windows.

They will get there. Windows version of DP has been a long time coming, they did not choose to do it lightly. But they are definitely breaking new ground and its completely understandable that there would be a few kinks to iron out.
