FWIW I never downloaded or installed 9.0.3, and I always download updates from ableton.com to keep a backup of the installers, so that might explain why it works OK here.
Peace,
Andy.

Hi,
Would you have purchased Live 9 if Bitwig Studio was not announced ?

I'd have bought live 8, which I did. 9 came "free" and it's rather disappointing imho. @bitwigggy. I'm not interested. I've waited long enough and decided that I'm pretty much done with hosts. It would have to just blow everything else out of the water and be something it cannot possible be to get my kitty litter

Actually we like both, therefore there is a time selection tool and an object selection tool in Bitwig Studio! The object selection tool works like a lot of other DAWs: the whole clip gets selected and you can move it. If you switch to the time selection tool, you can select an amount of time and the clips will be cut if you move the time selection. Both can come in handy!
Sorry, besides that it will be released this year for sure and that we're aiming for a release late summer, there is no date. We think it is more important to be satisfied with the software instead meeting a given date - but we know waiting is hard. It even is for us!
Pretty spot on! 32/64bit bridge built in and yes, if there's a plugin as 32 and 64bit version installed, it displays the 64bit Plugin, so there's no hassle in selecting plugins. When doing music you should not have to think about things like that.

sort of kind of maybe-ish possible release by 'late summer'...could bring it to my suspected date of October...considering how our summers have been lately ...
