How do I get superior drummer to install correctly? I have all the discs installed but don't know the difference with all the installers. I need 64 bit to show inside maschine but its not doing that.
Thanks

Did you install the main program from the first disk? You can also download the latest version in your account at Toontrack.com.
But your first disk should have the installer file you're looking for.

so there is the installer and then it asks 32 bit or 64 bit. I chose 64 bit. Then it went through the 5 discs.
Also on the first disc is the solo application for standalone. But I don't know what option to choose since I already downloaded the other part.

Grab the most recent versions of Toontrack Solo and EZPlayer Pro from your Toontrack account. The Toontrack Solo is located with the Superior Drummer updates. The EZPplayer Pro has it's own update page. Install those versions.

What good will that do?scook wrote:Install those versions.
Solo is for live playing and EZPlayer is basically a MIDI player.
Reaper user? Get my free JSFX plug-ins, also available via ReaPack extension.

It was in response to the question in the previous thread.chokehold wrote:What good will that do?scook wrote:Install those versions.

Guess I could have skipped the EZPlayer bit but it does come with some extra MIDI loops that might be useful and does work inside Toontrack Solo.royaldeadman wrote: Also on the first disc is the solo application for standalone. search for this file ' Superior Drummer.dll ' in your vst-plugins folder or wherever you installed it. open maschine software, and direct the vst-plugin folder settings through the folder where your Superior Drummer.dll is located.

That file is only in my x86 folder which is 32 bit I think. There isn't one for 64 bit. Which is weird. I'm thinking I need to install the 32 bit superior drummer and some how that is the 64 bit.

the Superior Drummer.dll 32bit version should work in 32bit and 64bit hosts, while the Superior Drummer.dll 64bit version only works in a 64bit host enviroment.
32bit Superior Drummer.dll v2.3.1.0 12,7 MB (13.366.272 Bytes)
64bit Superior Drummer.dll v2.3.1.0 13,8 MB (14.480.896 Bytes)

so I finally got the superior inside of 64 bit maschine but now as soon as I try to clear the path for the sound library the thing freezes up and I can't do anything.
Also why is there like 4 different places for sounds?
