Hello!
Find some bass patch that sounds simmilar in first part of sound and then
use adsr of filter that bass is going down into filtering. Check my freeware soundset for Synth1
http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 13#5314113 or here
http://trancetechnosoundbanks.com/?grid ... or-kvr-com
and look for patch Fx bass warper,- play with adsr of filter and You will see how its constructed,- turn off unsion and delay. And then put the same costruction of adsr in that bass patch that You will like to modify.

Goldyuk, get the vengeance dirty electro house vol.1 pack, they have tons of basses like that which you can sample, or look into some of their massive soundsets, if you don't want to waste time trying to recreate the sound on your own.

I think a large part of this is not actually the design of the bass sound, but more over the application of a limiter on the master channel -- it kind of lifts up the kick and bass together with the ceiling and threshold tuned the right way...
