There is a good book that covers Rapture but it also has a bunch of other chapters about other Cakewalk synths. Simon Cann's "Cakewalk Synthesizers" No accent to deal with there.

BTW, he's Scottish, maybe that's why he doesn't make video tutorials...scook wrote:Simon Cann's "Cakewalk Synthesizers" No accent to deal with there.

Nope. I like Scottish, I learned my first Scottish word from Calvin Harris:scook wrote:I don't hold that against him.Tricky-Loops wrote:BTW, he's Scottishscook wrote:Simon Cann's "Cakewalk Synthesizers" No accent to deal with there.

I can't believe some still consider it acceptable to make a tutorial video with a thick regional accent and no subtitles. If it's hard for native speakers to understand it, imagine how hard it is for non-native speakers.
I have a thick Euro-something accent, something between Allo Allo and Niko Bellic, so I just upload the text file containing the spoken text to the YouTube video, then YouTube perfectly syncs up the typed text with the video to make the subtitles (see). Problem solved! Oh but then you have to take the effort to actually type out what you write... (well I read what I type, not the other way around, so that solves that too).

So English is your native tongue, mine is not, of course you'll understand it better than me.jc_vt wrote:ferez21 wrote:http://www.store.cakewalk.com/b2ceuro/P ... RP1.00-20E
