I have totally no idea (well I'm a noob). It is a very simple sound I guess. It uses samples, doesn't it? What do you suggest to recreate something remotely similar?

The problem is not the VST or the arpeggiator, it is HOW I get that typical sound, I can't really make it. Could you share some presets or info?

You need the classic hoover sample, just download this one:
