iPlogger wrote:You can use an app like TB MIDI Stuff or Lemur to send Program and Control Change messages to iLectric and iGrand. You can create a single button that will recall all of the settings for a particular sound. Using program change you can jump to the Wurly, and with the MIDI learn in the IK apps, you can create the messages needed to set the knob values where you want them.

I have not actually done this myself, but having done some templates for TB MIDI Stuff, it certainly seems likely it can handle something like this.

Likewise, you can have it send program changes to a bunch of synth apps so you get that layered sound you want. Unfortunately not all apps currently respond to Program Change messages.
Thanks for the advice, I'm curious if that really works though.

Good stuff all around, though not what's coming the 30th :) Any more ideas on that?

What about both? Go big (mac) or go home!

OK - I'll take a couple of guesses.

Since the effects slot on Audiobus isn't as full as the others slots, how about T-Racks for iOS.

Also, could be Amplitude Orange.

Good guesses. I know I'd like both of those :)

I just went to the TouchOSC website, before purchasing it, and in the forum 20 post were IK multimedia spam, 2-3 about the actual developers product (TouchOSC). That was only on the first page, didn't bother anymore. I've seen this on many developers forums, IK spamming their forums to shit. And it's not just music forums, anything iOS related goes. And they get posts deleted all the time by moderators and site owners. So please keep this "PR announcement" on your site this time, where it belongs.

---No dog in this fight but why the problem with IK posting information here that probably is just advertising but I don't see you folks doing this to ZVON or any others? You may have infinite time to glide around the net looking for new products but I don't and this site gives me lots of great information some of that includes new products coming out. I wish more developers did it here instead of making us look for it.
If you don't want to read IK"s post then don't, I don't understand why that's so hard to fathom...

I'm glad we're interesting people so much. There's not a lot of time left before we reveal something new (I think one is already kind of obvious) as well as some new stuff that's exclusive for people who have/get one of the two things. So there's really a third element that I think is quite exciting!

In Sampletank for our iPads you have the ability to layer up to four sounds and some of those sounds are really good (some aren't so great) but what if you could use those four blocks to load in your favorite sounds from Sampletank and other apps also and save them as a preset?
I know Audiobus kind of lets you connect sounds together but if I understand correctly you can't save anything as a preset at least right now you can't and that's al that counts if you're a gigging musician.
Why can't the developers of Sampletank get together with the developers of say, iMini, Synergy, Nanostudio, BS 16i, etc... and give us a super app?
You might want to forget about this idea because it has no chance of ever happening.

With all due respects you know this how?

The IK folks behave themelves around here and that's all we're concerned about. If something happens on another forum, that's not our problem so just leave it there.

Just added a curveball, not one of the time specific things but related... What is this, and who will have exclusive access to it?
