Drum machine VST/hardware idea

as a vst standalone, a 64 step wav sample sequencer with export functions to produce stems of a beat with several 'channels' that could later be dragged into a DAW, including an envelope, drum edit, step edit, parametric eq and kilter function allowing for the control of the position of a 'step' for swing and off beat rhythms. ideally a way of writing beats outside of the DAW window setting, but with a convenient export feature unlike fl or reason which I've found to be quite slow and laborious on that score and devoted to writing loopable 4/8/16 bar beats

think it could be of use but I've got no knowledge of programming or hardware building so if you'd be interesting on working on it let me know
