I can recommend all synths from Tubeohm ( www.tubeohm.com ).
They are cheap and have an excellent sound quality.
You can get VA synths, an excellent FM synth, a D50 like synth, a granular synth and hybrid synths.
My favorite synths are Gamma Ray and Bruno.
I also like the good programming of the presets.
