Anyone using a iRig Midi on their iPad. Do you use midi clock sync. What apps do you use?

Thanks. I've seen that list before but forgot the link.

Has anyone actually tried any of those with iRig. Was the midi clock rock solid. Any issues?

Congrats on the new iRig MIDI. I've used mine with funkbox and my MPCs with no issues.

Not all apps that support Core MIDI support clock sync. Here's a complete list of those that do...

Although MIDI Clock Sync can be pretty unreliable on iOS so it can be a case of trial and error. For example Steinberg have just added support for MIDI Clock Sync to Cubasis in the last update but many apps only seem to respond to its start/stop messages, and don't sync with it's BPM at all. Steinberg have said there implementation is fine and the problem lies with the 'slaved' apps, yet some of these apps work fine with other hosts. It does seem like it one of the more difficult things to get right on iOS.
