Yep
And who can blame anyone making loads of dosh from a preset machine.?
I'd do it myself if I could force myself to write the kind of cheeze
that's required for the market :)

If it's nexus people will slam it as lazy.

But if a guy make a song by using preset on keyboard workstation or some kontakt soundbank, it's okay. Hell, nobody call you lazy if you write song using piano only.

I'm sorry, but it's also lazy to generalize nexus as tools for lazy people.

Can Phalanx stack instruments as well?(trigger numerous instruments, on same midi channels at same time?) And as far as the library for it, whats the patch list looking like?

Being that it's a vst sampler, can you give us some better specs as to what format it will accept, wav, aiff? Is this sampler going to integrate well with other sampler formats such as Kontakt .nki? Will it be able to accept these files, or all from scratch??

thanks

True I was feeling lazy when I typed my reply :)
I am not a huge fan of of Nexus though but phalanx looks
interesting to me.
It looks like a fun creative kind of tool.

Yup, so far i'm liking what i've seen with phalanx. Look like nexus on steroid. Unfortunately i don't like vengeance copy protection. I don't have elicenser dongle and it will take time to ship it to my country.

Yeah the reFx copy protection spoils their products imo and is based on a flawed ideology.
Same goes for the Vengeance stuff.

Its a shame really as I also like the look of the Vengeance producer suite as well as Metdrum but because they all rely on elicenser I refuse to purchase them.

Here's a news flash for u. Manual will never ever ever change the copy protection. Ever. I wonder why? Cause its actually REALLY protecting his product from thieves.
Good for him its just I don't like to be branded a potential thief when I make my purchasing decisions and be forced to use a thief box even after I've parted with my dosh.

Life for both of us will go on as usual.
No sleep will be lost for either of us. :)

I will have to disagree about Metdrum delivering the best Kick drums.
Bazzism in conjunction with Izotope Saturn and a bit of additional layering produce better results imo.
Its just it takes a little longer and a bit of thought to achieve the desired results.
In fact Bazzism's pure kicks are about as good as it gets.
Nothing I've heard comes close in the Vst world.

The problem is i cannot try the demo without the dongle. And i don't want to buy a dongle just to demo a plugin. :(
